Eddie Karam, since earning a BBA from the University of Texas at El Paso, has been active in the real estate industry through all its segments – brokerage, construction, development, and renovation- in both residential and commercial properties. He has been involved in every aspect of the business; however, his accomplishments in turning depressed properties into income-producing assets are legendary. Now he uses his experience and skills to help others through brokering.

Community involvement has included terms on El Paso’s Zoning Board of Adjustment, the Airport Board, the City Charter Re-write Committee, and the Vestry and Trust Committee of the Church of St. Clement. Now residing in Austin, Texas, he sits on the Boards of the Travis County Housing Authority, the Strategic Housing Finance Corporation, a Municipal Utility District Board, and Chairs the Annual Samaritan Center Golf Tournament, which provides Mental Health Programs for families and veterans. Eddie also remains actively involved in community and real estate organizations.
